Our Joinery manufacturing service has the expertise to advise on and develop cost effective solutions for all types of joinery, standard or purpose made, for all applications.
We will tackle almost anything and have handled some very challenging and difficult assignments over the years.
We regularly manufacture joinery for both contemporary new buildings or period and Listed Buildings including architecturally designed doors and windows; conservatories; roof lights and lanterns.
Staircases are a particular specialism and projects have included traditional cut strings, laminated/curved strings, spiral staircases, glass balustrade and much more.
We also have the ability to match or reproduce intricate moulded skirting, architrave and dado rails etc, for Listed Buildings and Conservation Work.
“How helpful and professional I have found all members of FDH. The window fitters were friendly and very tidy.
It is nice to find a company that still offers a personal service to their customers. I greatly appreciate the time that was spent on answering my numerous phone calls and questions. I will have no hesitation in recommending your work to others.”
“Very pleased with work and your staff, thank you.”
“Thank you for a very nice job with the doors.”
“Your firm has recently carried out two major pieces of work at my property, the fitting of three replacement windows and the installation of new kitchen units.
The two men who handled the window work were exemplary in efficiency and in keeping the mess to a minimum. More recently we enjoyed working on the kitchen with Fred, Luke and Clive, who also gave very good and careful service. Could you kindly pass on our thanks to Mark and all these men.”
“I am delighted with them and thank you all very much.”
“I‚d just like to say thank you for the beautiful windows and doors. It has been a pleasure watching Mitch and Nick fitting them – the quality of their workmanship is outstanding & many locals have commented so.”
“We are both extremely happy and would thank you for your really professional service.”
“Thanks for a job well done.”
